This page can be used to register and pay for the Summer Shootout Clinic and also to pay the Summer Shootout Elite Camp fee, once your application has been processed.
 There are three ways to register for the Summer Shootout Clinic:

#1: You can use the form located at the bottom of this page to submit your information and pay with Paypal. The liability waiver will be emailed to you with your confirmation.  Or, you can be one step ahead of us and click the link below to download the waiver and email it to becky@summershootout.org.

#2: You can pick up a Summer Shootout 2012 Clinic Brochure at Fort Myers High School, fill it out, and mail in your registration form and payment to:

#3: Click on the link directly below, print your own brochure with registration form and waiver, and mail it the same address listed above
